How do I earn points?

  • You earn points on every purchase.

How do I know when i receive points and earn rewards?

  • You can sign up for our text notifications, you will receive a text each time you earn a reward.

  • We can always look up your rewards account at any time and inform you if you have a reward or how many points away you are to your next reward.

How do I redeem an award?

  • During your purchase, you will have the option to redeem as your points become available.

  • We can easily look up your rewards account and use the reward you would like to redeem.

 

What happens if I return an item?

  • Points earned from purchase of a returned product will be readded to your points for future use. We do not offer refunds of purchases, only store credit and exchange.

How do I view my points?

  • If you click on the link that you receive via text when you enroll, you can see your Point balance. We recommend adding the link to your mobile home screen for easy access. Apple users can also add WildHeart Rewards to their Apple wallet.

How do I unenroll from the WildHeart Rewards Program?

  • To unenroll, please call us at 904-436-3150.

  • Any points will be forfeited upon leaving the program

  • Bring in a first time customer and you'll earn the same points they earn during their first shopping visit.

  • So if they earn 300 points their first visit, then you'll earn 300 points too!

  • Host a private shopping party of 8 or more

  • As the host you earn 500 points plus your group enjoys a 10% private group discount while sipping Prosecco and noshing on treats (first time customer points excluded).
